About the Role
Clinic Manager:
* Locations: Duel Site - Manchester - Liverpool
* Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
* Bonus: £5,000 - £10,000 PA

Responsibilities
* Be the face of the business, delivering a world-class experience for every customer.
* Supervise and lead the on-site team.
* Maintain professionalism to ensure a patient-friendly environment.
* Resolve escalated issues related to patients.
* Guide sales team to improve clinic conversion rate.
* Ensure compliance with sanitary protocols.
* Coordinate with booking agents and patient care for smooth appointments.
* Participate in recruitment, marketing, and patient reception.

* Proven experience in Dental Clinical Management.

* Leadership and communication skills.
