Pharmacy Stores Assistant

Our Broomfield Hospital Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, pro‑active and motivated pharmacy assistant to join their busy Distribution team.
Duties will include processing ward stock orders, uploading on the system, picking and packing the orders in a timely manner and ensuring stock control is maintained at all times.
Pharmacy experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

Main duties of the job
You will be assisting Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacists and ward staff providing a customer focussed service.
You will assist in the provision of Pharmacy Services to all wards and departments within the Trust and external clinics where appropriate.
You will be working as part of the Distribution team to provide an effective pharmacy service covering Stores, Goods receiving and our Outpatient pharmacy counter.

Experience
* Previous experience of team working
* Experience in a role that required following strict guidelines and procedures
* Previous experience working within the NHS
Qualifications
* A good standard of basic education including Maths and English
