This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a long-established and highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial mechanical projects across education, healthcare, fit-out, and specialist sectors.
Projects typically range from £100k to £5m across commercial mechanical installations including HVAC, plant rooms, pipework, and associated M&E services.
The business has built long-standing client relationships and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical Building Services installations across complex commercial environments.
The Role – Senior Mechanical Project Manager
As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for Mechanical Building Services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Responsibilities will include:
* Full project ownership of mechanical packages
* Managing HVAC, pipework, plant rooms and associated services
* Programme management and reporting
* Financial and commercial control
* Managing site teams and subcontractors
* Client-facing leadership
* Risk management and quality assurance
* Delivering projects to programme and budget
This Senior Mechanical Project Manager role would also suit a Mechanical Contracts Manager or experienced Mechanical Project Manager seeking greater leadership responsibility within an established M&E contractor.
Requirements
To be considered for this Senior Mechanical Project Manager position, you should have:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
* Strong commercial awareness and cost management experience
* Experience delivering commercial mechanical projects
* Ability to manage full mechanical contracts
* Excellent client-facing communication skills
* Stable career history within Mechanical Building Services
Remuneration Package – Senior Mechanical Project Manager
* £60,000 – £66,000
