Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
6. Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
7. Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
8. Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
9. Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
10. Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
11. Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
12. Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
13. Proficiency with Revit
14. Experience working on projects across various sectors
15. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
16. Job running experience is desirable
17. Strong technical and presentation skills
18. Excellent communication and organisational skills
19. Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
