Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while getting paid weekly? We are offering exciting opportunities for ECTs to step into day-to-day supply roles across a variety of secondary schools in Bracknell and the surrounding areas, including Binfield and Ascot. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different school settings and build your teaching skills while receiving competitive pay.
As an ECT in supply, you’ll get the flexibility of choosing your working days (1 to 5 days per week), along with the support of a dedicated consultant to help you navigate your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-prepared materials.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
* Support students in completing their work and provide assistance where needed.
* Provide feedback to school staff regarding student progress and any classroom concerns.
* Build relationships with students, staff, and school leadership to create a positive school experience.
