To lead and develop a team of General Managers, providing exceptional service to clients, managing client and contractual relationships, ensuring compliance, and adhering to company policies.
Review business performance, meet financial targets, and demonstrate commercial value aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a safety culture, ensure team awareness of health & safety procedures, and maintain a safe environment for all users of the premises.
* Develop strategic client relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement.
* Lead the team to deliver profit and meet financial goals.
* Review performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance to exceed expectations.

* Focus on food quality and service standards, addressing deviations promptly.
* Build and develop a high-performing team, recruiting, training, and creating progression opportunities.
* Foster collaboration, share best practices, and keep the team informed of wider business activities.
* Review labour structures, develop plans, and prioritize staff development at all levels.
* Manage the team according to company procedures, including performance management, HR practices, and disciplinary actions.
Who you are:
* Proven experience in leading and managing successful multi-site teams
* Commercially savvy, organized, and experienced in budgeting and meeting financial targets
