You will lead and support a small team of bakers, including staff and Garvald members, fostering the development of their skills, confidence, and independence in a busy bakery environment. Your role involves liaising with customers, maintaining clear records and reports, and ensuring that all activities in the workshop comply with environmental health regulations and organic certification standards.
You should have experience working in a caring role, a commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities, and a passion for baking ‘real bread’ products using organic ingredients.
