We are seeking an experienced Senior Driving Recruiter to take ownership of and grow our driving division.
This role is ideal for a proven billing consultant who can develop new business opportunities, strengthen and expand existing client accounts, lead by example in delivery, and drive revenue growth within the driving sector.
You will have the autonomy to shape your desk, build long-term partnerships, and play a key role in our strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
• Proactively win new driving clients
• Map local and regional businesses using agencies
• Negotiate terms of business and secure PSL agreements
• Upsell and cross-sell services across existing accounts
Delivery & Candidate Management
• Source and attract professional drivers (HGV Class 1, Class 2, 7.5T, Van, etc.)
• Manage compliance, right-to-work, and driving licence checks
• Build and maintain a reliable temporary workforce
• Fill bookings efficiently while maintaining high service levels
Relationship Management
• Develop strong, long-term client partnerships
• Provide workforce planning advice and market insight
• Handle escalations professionally and commercially
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and retention
Systems & Reporting
• Utilise ATS and CRM systems effectively
• Maintain accurate compliance records
• Monitor KPIs, margins, and profitability
About You
• Proven experience in Driving or Transport recruitment
• Strong billing history and commercial awareness
• Confident in business development and client negotiations
• Experienced managing temporary driving desks
• Strong knowledge of driver compliance and legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
