Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency.
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other property transactions.
* Providing expert legal advice while working closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department within this highly respected firm.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members where required.
Requirements:
1. A qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience in conveyancing.
