I am currently recruiting for an
experienced HR Advisor
to join a well-established business based in Basingstoke. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle, providing a professional, efficient, and compliant HR service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers, references, and onboarding.
* Oversee employee benefits administration, sickness absence management, and day-to-day HR queries.
* Be the HR contact for the UK business, reporting into the global head of HR
* Partner with managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practice.
* Support grievance and disciplinary processes, including note-taking and advising on outcomes.
* Maintain HR systems, employee records, and databases, ensuring data is accurate and reports are up to date.
* Assist with annual HR processes such as salary reviews and bonus schemes.
* Deliver internal communications and support initiatives to drive employee engagement.
* Contribute to HR projects and audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About You:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar level generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and coach managers.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident handling of sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
