Sales Administrator – US Network, Blackburn We are on the lookout for a proactive and customer‑oriented individual to provide outstanding administrative support in a fast‑paced Spares & Service Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately generate quotations in response to customer enquiries
* Identify parts from product breakdowns and diagrams
* Take orders, check stock, quote prices & follow up quotations
* Answer telephone enquiries
* Serve customers on the trade counter
* Maintain and update the ERP system (BC365)
* Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and other departments
Requirements
* Dependability, reliability, and ability to produce work of high quality
* Good personal organisation
* Good IT skills
* Ability to use own initiative/skills/knowledge along with those of the team to deal with situations as they arise
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work and reach effective decisions quicklyWillingness to learn and take on new tasks
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
