Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Belfast (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000+ DOE

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a client-facing position offering real variety and responsibility. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working across sectors including commercial, public, education, and healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services
* Contract administration and advising on JCT contracts
* Managing projects from concept to completion
* Preparing specifications and technical reports
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
* Ensuring projects meet commercial, quality, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
* MRICS (or working towards / equivalent experience)
* Strong technical delivery and project management experience
* Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high standards
