What you'll be doing...
* Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance
* Supporting with medication prompts and administration
* Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinking
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Light housekeeping and laundry duties
* Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing
* Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
