We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who knows what it takes to lead high-impact retail campaigns. This is a chance to bring your expertise to an iconic global brand and own the end-to-end delivery of activations that millions of shoppers will see.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity will shape how Krispy Kreme shows up in retail across the UK. You’ll be the go-to marketing lead for campaigns and activations that millions of shoppers will experience, from seasonal product launches to national brand moments. It’s your chance to take ownership, drive real commercial impact, and bring magic to every customer interaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deliver and execute how the brand campaign will show up in the retail environment with maximum impact to inspire, engage, and drive footfall.
* Deliver channel-specific growth plans, using customer insights to grow sales, average transaction value, and brand love.
* Own promotional and the retail element of campaign calendars, aligning with key brand moments and retail partner opportunities.
* Own retail footfall driving strategic projects which are part of the channel growth plan leading a cross functional team to deliver.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
* Shape customer journeys in retail, adapting activations to evolving shopper behaviours and missions.
* Oversee POS production and campaign assets, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
* Manage retail activation budgets, delivering maximum ROI and commercial impact.
* Analyse and review campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve and drive bigger, bolder activations.
What we’re looking for:
We’re after a retail-savvy, experienced marketer who is who thrives on delivering campaigns and executions at scale and loves balancing creativity with commercial impact.
* Solid experience as a Marketing Manager (or similar), ideally within QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Food & Beverage
* Proven track record of leading campaign activations in a multi-site retail environment.
* Strong commercial acumen who can link marketing activity to sales growth and ROI.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A confident communicator and collaborator who can galvanise cross functional teams.
* A customer first mindset, with the ability to turn insights into inspiring brand experiences.
