* Provide strategic HR support to management and employees within the organisation.

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
* Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
* Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
* Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
* A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Offer
