You will act as a first point of contact for HR queries, support employee relations processes and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with Northern Ireland employment legislation.Why Apply? Broad generalist HR exposure across all areas of HR Opportunity to work closely with senior management and operational teams Support for ongoing professional development Join a successful and growing manufacturing business Hands-on role where you can make a visible impact Long-term career progression opportunitiesKey Responsibilities HR generalist role covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and HR administration Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees Support disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management processes Assist with probation reviews and performance management activities Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports Co-ordinate training activities and maintain training records Support health, safety and compliance requirements within a manufacturing environment Participate in project work, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiativesEssential Criteria Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline Minimum 2 years experience within an HR role Experience providing HR support and advice to managers and employees Good understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail Competent in Microsoft Office and HR systemsDesirable Criteria CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards Employee relations experience Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or multi-site environmentThe PersonThis role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, being visible across the business and working in a fast-paced operational environment.
