Deputy Manager – Chetwynd House Care Home
Chetwynd House Care Home, part of Adept Care Homes, is a luxury 75‑bed care home located in Nottingham offering residential and dementia care. We are seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to support the daily operation and enhance the quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Home Manager in running the residential and dementia care home.
* Lead and support the care team, promoting a positive, person‑centred culture.
* Oversee care planning, compliance and staff development.
* Help ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents.
Qualifications
* Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential).
* NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential.
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
* Own car required; business miles will be paid.
Compensation & Working Hours
* Salary of £47,330.
* 40 hours per week.
* Alternate weekend work required.
* Potential of up to 10% bonus.
