🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
* Build core backend services, APIs, and distributed systems in Python
* Design architecture, data flows, and infrastructure foundations
* Own production systems and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
* Work closely with the leadership team on technical direction and product strategy
* Shape backend engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team scales
