Specific Responsibilities
Apache Corporation is seeking two experienced
Hydrocarbon Allocation and Reporting Specialists to strengthen our North Sea Commercial team in Aberdeen, supporting the accurate allocation and reporting of hydrocarbon production across our operated and non:operated assets reporting to the Commerical Sr Manager.
These opportunities are well suited to individuals with a passion for data integrity, commercial value, and operational excellence in hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting. The roles offer flexibility in seniority and scope, enabling us to shape responsibilities around the experience and strengths of the successful candidates.
Working at the heart of Apache's North Sea operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate hydrocarbon allocation, production and environmental reporting, and regulatory compliance. The positions combine hands:on technical work with strong stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, joint venture partners, and external infrastructure providers.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

:Execution, review, and assurance of daily hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting
:Stewardship and continuous improvement of allocation models and data within Avocet
:Oversight of allocation methodologies, downtime analysis, loss categorisation, and audit readiness
:Preparation and submission of UK regulatory production and environmental reports
:Support to crude and gas marketing activities, including shipping, entitlements, and forecasting
:Collaboration with partners and third parties to resolve allocation queries and uphold commercial agreements
:Contribution to system updates ahead of commissioning and operational changes
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
:A degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
:Proven experience in hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting within the UK oil and gas sector
:Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality
:A collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage across technical and commercial interfaces
:Experience with regulatory and environmental reporting requirements is highly valued
