The Role
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing hosted and cloud-based environments, with a particular focus on Azure networking and virtual infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, support customers both remotely and on-site, and take ownership of system improvements and deployments.
This is a varied role that blends senior-level support, customer engagement, and technical leadership.

What’s Required?

1. Significant experience in a senior IT support or support engineering role
2. Strong knowledge of Azure environments, virtual infrastructure, and networking concepts
3. Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, cloud platforms, and remote users
4. The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
5. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused, proactive approach
