About the role
We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to take ownership of two £1m portfolios:
* The promotion of a desirable, sustainable events venue
* The promotion of a portfolio of training products to non-members
You will take immediate ownership of the live commercial B2B marketing activity, leading the planning and execution of campaigns focused on lead generation, acquisition, nurturing and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute lead-generating, income-driving marketing campaigns
* Design and implement targeted, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and lead nurturing
* Oversee Paid Search, PPC and Paid Social campaigns
* Manage agency relationships and oversee creative development
* Line manage a Marketing Executive

We’re looking for someone with
* Significant experience in acquisition and growth marketing
* Strong B2B marketing campaign management experience, primarily across digital channels
* A highly commercial mindset
* Proven success in automated email marketing and lead nurturing
* Strong understanding of Paid Search and PPC
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Native-level English proficiency
