The role of SOE is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with dedicated support and care.
We're looking for caring and compassionate RN's, Midwives, RMNs, or Paramedics to join us as Sexual Offence Examiners to provide holistic care and support to victims of sexual assault, including forensic examinations and obtaining forensic exhibits.
Develop forensic strategies according to FFLM guidelines.
Actively work in partnership with external MDTs and Police.
Serve as the first point of contact for victims, Police, and Social Services to discuss referral pathways.
Manage and promote the self-referral pathway.
Undertake holistic assessments, including sexual health, mental health, and safeguarding.
Produce individual management plans.
Support the continued quality improvement of the service.
Work under the Forensic Science Regulator requirements.
Obtain consent for health and forensic procedures.
