Are you a driven, fashion-savvy Regional Account Manager ready to take your career to the next level with a fast-growing fashion brand? We’re looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to join a successful, expanding fashion brand based on the South Coast in Poole. This role will see you managing and growing a portfolio of retail accounts across London, South-East Suffolk, and Norfolk. This is a remote, field-based position, managing a portfolio of independent boutiques, department stores and select garden centres, with plenty of opportunity to develop new business. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, maximising sales, and representing the brand to both existing clients and potential stockists.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and growing existing accounts, whilst always on the lookout for new business. Managing hotel showrooms during peak sales seasons (July/August and January/February), as well as attending key trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop an established base of retail stores across your region
2. Visit customers regularly (2–3 order appointments per day during key periods)
3. Conduct range reviews, maintain brand guidelines, and secure in-store space
4. Achieve seasonal sales targets and contribute to accurate forecasting
5. Proactively identify and onboard new stockists
6. Provide regular insights and feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
7. Collaborate with internal teams during monthly visits to our Poole office
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in fashion, product or gifting sales/account management
2. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
3. Self-starter with strong organisational and time management abilities
4. Passionate about fashion and current retail trends
5. Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
