Prime Nurture Services is a leading provider of Residential Children's Homes, dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our Children. We support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). The role:
* Work shift patterns that reflect the needs of children which will include day shifts, sleep shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
* Be available to children and be sensitive to their feelings
* Offer acceptance to build their self-esteem.
* Enable and support young people to feel valued.
* Help our children feel that they belong.
* Implement policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children.
* Support the management of the home to ensure that young people are kept safe and their records are kept up to date.
* Supervise staff and foster a supportive and collaborative environment in the home.
About You
* Experience of working in a Residential Children's Home for children who have emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
* Be committed to developing relationships with children that enable them to trust adults to meet their needs.
* Hold a level 3/4 in Children's Residential Care
* Hold a driving license
* Hold a DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
