Job Description: Account Manager at ABB

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage account strategies focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
2. Coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve customer issues.
3. Develop, plan, and execute customer strategies aligned with local and global objectives to ensure satisfaction and growth.
4. Sell products, solutions, and services to customers, aiming to develop new and existing accounts, primarily supporting End Users.
5. Negotiate specifications and pricing, maintain margins, and prepare quotes using CRM tools like Salesforce.
6. Participate in developing sales strategies and set sales targets, ensuring achievement through structured follow-up.
7. Understand customer needs and communicate how ABB’s solutions address those needs.
8. Monitor client financial status, manage risks related to contracts and pricing, and report changes.
9. Work towards personal and team targets, incorporating ABB’s 4Cs: Collaboration, Curiosity, Courage, and Care.
10. Maintain high engagement levels with customers and partners, building strategic relationships.
11. Ensure integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
Qualifications
* Team player
* 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
* Excellent communication skills
* Current UK driving license
* This is a home-based role
