GapPersonnel are currently looking to recruit an Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy Office in Hull.
The role of the Administrator is to:
* Processing holiday requests
* Providing administrative support to the Branch team
* Database maintenance
* Reference and DBD check completion
* Photocopying, scanning, filing
* Timesheets obtained from the clients in time to meet the internal deadlines
* Any inaccuracies identified and rectified
* Meeting and greeting customers face to face with a helpful attitude, warmth, and respect at all times
* Ensuring that the gap personnel brand is always represented to both candidates and clients in an ethical and positive manner.
* Telephone call handling
* Handling of queries and complaints, relaying accurate messages
* Going the extra mile in resolving any customer queries and keeping the customer updated of the progress
* Being the first port of call for payroll queries, ensuring reasonable resolution times
* Internal and external relationship building
* Provides a consistent and consultative approach to communication with the regional branch teams, candidates, clients, colleagues, management, and other relevant departments to achieve the business objectives
