We’re looking for a brilliant Team Manager to join our Operations Team. The role offers the opportunity to coach and develop individuals to deliver work that underpins great client outcomes. You’ll support a team of 10–15 and help colleagues grow while ensuring our processes run seamlessly, accurately and to the highest standards. You’ll lead with energy and focus, ensuring operational activities are carried out accurately, efficiently and within compliance frameworks. You’ll also spot opportunities to improve, drive continuous improvement and shape how we deliver in the future.
This role is about empowerment, building strong cross‑functional relationships, and finding smarter ways of working. You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects alongside core leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Coaching and developing your team to help them succeed
* Driving consistency, quality and efficiency across operational processes
* Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver joined-up service
* Monitoring performance against service standards and addressing issues proactively
* Contributing to initiatives to improve how we work, from process improvements to system changes
* Problem solving in real time and supporting the team through complex challenges
* Working with other Team Managers to ensure consistent standards and share best practice
* Supporting wider business initiatives that depend on strong operational delivery

To thrive in this role, we’d really like you to have:
* Experience of leading a team in an operational or process-driven environment
* A track record of improving service or efficiency within a fast-paced setting, ideally in financial services
* Strong communication skills - able to explain, influence and motivate clearly
* A collaborative approach, with experience of working across teams to deliver results
* An eye for detail and a passion for doing things right first time
* A drive to deliver good customer outcomes through the quality of the work your team produces
