Position Overview
Become a Residential Conveyancer with Simplify. This role is home‑based (UK) or hybrid at our offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton, and St Ives (Cambridgeshire). You will manage a varied caseload across freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions, supported by specialist teams and innovative technology.
Salary & Bonus
* Base salary: From £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Bonus potential: Up to £18,000 annually
* Top earners: Up to £65,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of over 90 files (based on experience)
* Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Maintain high service standards while meeting completion targets
* Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance where needed
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high‑volume residential conveyancing caseloads
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets in a fast‑paced environment
