Chroma is working exclusively with a leading education support provider on an exciting opportunity for a IT Service Desk Team Leader to join their team! This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days a week on-site), located just south of Manchester city centre, offering a salary of up to £36,000.

As the Service Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and development of the support teams, ensuring that service levels are consistently met or exceeded. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and service-related concerns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience leading IT support teams, including 1st and 2nd line functions.
* Firewalls, Active Directory, DNS/ DHCP, VLANs
* Windows 10/11
