Who you are:
* Youre confident with full electrical installs on commercial and domestic projects, first and second fix
* You're fully qualified and know your way around drawings, specs, and site realities
* You've worked on high-end residential and fit-out projects, so finish and attention to detail matter to you
* You like leaving a job tidy and knowing the works been done properly
* You're comfortable running your own jobs, but you're sensible enough to ask questions when needed
* You're reliable, consistent, and easy to work with
* You prefer organised, professional sites over last-minute firefighting
* Youve got a full, valid driving licence
The role
* Installation-focused only. No maintenance. No call-outs.
* Work across Hampshire and the South, with occasional national projects
* A mix of high-end residential and commercial installs
* Working alongside an established team of electricians and engineers who actually work together
* Clear handovers. Proper planning. Fewer headaches.
The package
* £50,750 per year (around £19.50/hour based on a 50-hour week) – PAYE ONLY at this time
* Door-to-door pay
* Overtime paid or time off in lieu. Your choice.
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Pension
* Monday to Friday. Weekends are extremely rare.
