Your Role:
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal menus for our café and event spaces. You'll help lead the kitchen team, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to menu planning and innovation.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Passionate about fresh, quality food
