Full in-house laboratory (bloods, urinalysis and cytology)
Visiting specialists in orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery
Leadership Profile
Enthusiastic Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon ready for a senior leadership role

Ready to take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work
You will oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, and help guide the practice's future while maintaining hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day veterinary work.
Working Pattern
1:5 OOH rota, with
A day off after a weeknight on‑call
A long weekend following a weekend on‑call
Average of 29 hours per week on day shifts after TOIL
Nurses onsite 24/7 for emergency support, triage and inpatient care
Well‑managed diary structure
15‑minute standard appointments
Longer appointments for complex cases
Dedicated catch‑up time daily
Protected emergency slots
Work‑life balance is genuinely prioritised
