Description
We are seeking an Apprentice Accountant to join our team! You will gain valuable hands-on experience while pursuing a qualification in accountancy. Alongside your AAT qualification, you will be introduced to areas such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts, tax returns, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of limited company and sole trader accounts
* Management of business and Self-Assessment tax filings
* Completion and submission of VAT returns
* Liaising with clients and producing management reports
* Conducting bank reconciliations and balancing sheet items
* Undertaking bookkeeping tasks
* General payroll duties
Key Requirements
* Keen to pursue an accountancy qualification and eager to learn
* Experience with Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
