Duties:
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and perform vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
* Service and maintain vehicles efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship
* Effectively utilise diagnostic equipment and tools to identify faults
* Accurately record all work completed within the dealership’s system
* Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and necessary work in a clear and professional manner
* Assist in maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
* Support team members to ensure workshop efficiency and meet deadlines
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a thorough understanding of vehicle systems
* Relevant UK automotive qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
* Good communication skills and a professional approach to work
