Job Summary
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets within the merchant sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven sales track record are essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Previous experience of selling into the merchant sector (Desired - Plumbing & Heating Merchants)
* Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Able to identify the needs of external stakeholders and to deliver the main selling points of AWC products & services
* Experienced in building customer relationships and working with commercial decision makers
* An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
* Organised, Professional and Open to new strategies
* Full UK driving license
