We are working with a specialist SEMH setting in Blandford Forum that supports children and young people aged 5–16, many of whom have faced barriers to mainstream education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with EHCPs and SEMH needs
* Help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
* Celebrate progress — no matter how small
This role suits individuals with backgrounds in:
* SEN or SEMH education
* Youth work, care, or mental health support
* Psychology, criminology or social sciences
Training and ongoing support are provided. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed is essential.
