Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Full-time: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm.

Our Customer Service Advisors are experts in helping customers with a variety of queries from paying a water bill to helping with water supply issues. Customer service experience is desirable but if you don’t have any, don’t worry! We offer a comprehensive training package to enable you to become experts in helping people. Hybrid working from home option once you’ve passed 6 month probation and are hitting your targets

You’ll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face.
Shift Pattern
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-6pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-1pm
Are customer service driven
If you're unable to attend either of these dates or the start date of 5th January 2026, then we won't be able to consider your application this time.
The assessment centre will involve an interview and a quick online test of your customer service skills so it's nothing to be nervous about!
