Our Hospitality Group client with several venues in the West of Scotland require a Personal Assistant to a senior director. As this is a hospitality client candidate must have a degree of flexibility in when tasks and duties will be completed due to the nature of the business.
Duties will include;
Task Scheduling
Receiving and fielding calls
Board meetings and minute taking
Use of software
Documentation preparation
Candidate Must have:
A right to work full time hours in the UK for 52 weeks of the year.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
A confident manner
An appreciation of regulation and confidentiality
Excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills
Proven experience in an executive similar role
This is a permanent role for the right candidate and salary will be Depending on experience.
