As a Junior Analyst in our Leisure Business Strategy team, you'll play a key role in turning complex data into clear insights that shape decisions across our organisation. Your work will help us grow, adapt to market conditions, and deliver services that make a real difference.
You'll Be Entrusted To
* Deliver consistent and accurate reporting by transforming business data into clear formats.
* Provide data and analysis to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
* Maintain and develop performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all contracts.
* Create bespoke reporting tools and explore innovative ways of connecting multiple data points using applications such as Power BI and Microsoft platforms.
* Build strong working relationships across teams, using your insights to support continuous improvement and change.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have…
* A degree or equivalent professional qualification.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and summarise data quickly.
* Proven experience in delivering data analysis and insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, adaptable approach with energy and enthusiasm to support business-critical projects.
* Experience working in a matrix organisation would be an advantage.
