Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Henley upon Thames for a Sales Representative - Key Accounts Manager. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for HVL Solutions.

Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing customised solutions, negotiating contracts, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain long‑term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Business Development

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
* Present products/services to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Meet or exceed sales targets


2. Key Account Management

* Manage a portfolio of strategic/high‑value clients
* Understand client needs and business goals
* Develop account plans for growth


3. Relationship Management

* Act as the primary contact for key clients
* Handle escalations and resolve issues
* Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
* Monitor account performance and KPIs
* Forecast sales and pipeline


5. Internal Collaboration

* Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams
* Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
* Provide client feedback to improve offerings

Technical / Business Skills

* Data analysis and forecasting


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred)
* 2–5+ years in sales or account management
* Experience handling key/enterprise accounts (for senior roles)
