Here at MJ Quinn we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Jeopardy Coordinator to join the business. This position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool, working 40 hours between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
As a Jeopardy Coordinator, you will be responsible for ‘on the day’ allocation and Jeopardy management of work for all service delivery products and pro-actively managing the outbound workflow.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following tasks:
* Reallocation of work to field teams.
* Delivery inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreements.
* Prioritise on the day work stack and allocate effectively to deliver client metrics.
* Manage work proactively to ensure all tasks are resourced and Field productivity is maintained.
* Conduct one Late shift (work from home) 1 day in 8 week.
* Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
* Communicate effectively with all other departments.
