We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our Swavesey team and ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

Key Responsibilities:
14. Conduct detailed and accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
15. Prepare clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
16. Collaborate with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
17. Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair progress
18. Complete all documentation accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For:
19. Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
21. Proficiency with Audatex or other estimating platforms
22. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
23. Detail oriented, accurate, efficient, and professional
