What are some of the day-to-day tasks the CX Representatives complete?
* Talking to 50-60 customers daily about their general banking queries.
* Setting up accounts for customers and supporting them with credit card applications or investment enquiries.
* Assisting customers who have experienced fraud or financial hardship.
* Referring customers to our product partners to enhance their banking experience.

With support from our learning and development team, you'll have opportunities to progress and eventually provide financial advice to customers, which involves training and certification for the NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent.

You must be available for full-time training from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, for the first three weeks. From week four, you will start your rostered shifts. Our contact centre operates 7 days a week to serve our customers. Available shifts include:
* Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Monday to Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
You need Fibre Broadband Internet, a clear credit history with no defaults, and a clean criminal background check. As remote work is permitted, a private home office is required to protect customer information.
