What you’ll be doing • Creating consistent, relationship-led schedules • Matching the right Care Professionals with the right clients • Responding to changes calmly and finding solutions quickly • Collaborating with care and recruitment teams to meet demand • Building strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals • Supporting the on-call rota when required
