The Opportunity
We are seeking senior BIM professional to develop and create a step change in our BIM capability in the West region team. The highly skilled and motivated BIM professional will work within the West Property Science & Industry groups, based at the Cardiff office, reporting to the team leaders but linked to the wider network within West.
The successful candidate will be responding to and authoring BIM documentation for both internal and external use. This role involves resourcing and allocating tasks to team members, carrying out appraisals, mentoring technicians and engineers, and providing constructive feedback to help them enhance their skills and knowledge in BIM-related activities.
