Just a structured, PPM-driven environment where you can actually lead, improve, and make an impact.The Role: You'll lead from the front - supporting a small engineering team while staying close to the kit across mixing, batching & filling production lines.What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers
* Driving a proactive maintenance culture (not reactive)
* Acting as the go-to technical expert (electrical & mechanical)
* Working with Siemens PLCs (fault finding level)
* Delivering and driving continuous improvement (CI)
* Championing health & safety and engineering standards
What we're looking for:
* Current Team Leader / Supervisor OR a strong engineer ready to step up
* FMCG or similar process background
* Experience with pipework, mixing or filling systems
* Strong electrical skills + PLC exposure
* Someone who can lead, influence and improve - not just maintain
