Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator

Due to recent contract wins across West Sussex and London, we're looking for a driven Procurement professional to join us
This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a growing operation helping shape, manage, and optimise procurement processes that directly support service delivery across multiple client sites.
This role would be well suited to someone who has previously worked within a service desk or helpdesk team in the building maintenance or facilities management sector. Experience coordinating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and understanding the day-to-day operational needs of mobile engineering teams will be highly beneficial.

Core Duties:
* Obtaining supplier quotes for contract renewals
* Assisting with the upkeep of the supplier onboarding system
* Support the implementation of our supplier procurement strategy
* Ensure our company standard terms of business are implemented where appropriate
* Preparing reports and documentation
* To deliver the contract renewals requirements in accordance with the agreed SLA.
* Maintain contract renewals SharePoint including tracker to monitoring progress.
* Maintain open dialogue with various stakeholders.
General Duties:
* Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
* Support in the coordination of networking events, aligned to our Social Value Partnership Agreements
* Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners
* To help develop, maintain, and uphold the Platinum culture
* General administration to support to the team
* Take direction from the Procurement and Supply Chain Director, as necessary
