Are you:

1. Looking for a hybrid office-based and work-from-home customer service role? This is a full-time, permanent position, 35 hours per week, on a 6-week rolling shift pattern covering 08:00-16:00 and 14:00-21:00, with rotating weekends. Premium pay applies.

Your typical day as a Maintenance Planner:

As part of our Customer Service Centre, you'll be central to planning for our installation and maintenance teams. Your day involves acting as the first point of contact, scheduling activities, building relationships with customers, and supporting them with outstanding service. You will use innovative technology to ensure timely operations and collaborate across teams. Your suggestions for process improvements are welcomed. This is a busy, supportive role that is crucial to our customer service and field operations. Join us and make a difference!

This is a hybrid role with an unsociability premium. The shift pattern is a 6-week rolling flexi schedule of 5x 7.5-hour shifts, starting as early as 8 am and ending as late as 8 pm, including some weekends.


Preferred qualifications and skills:

* Confident communicator via phone, email, in person, and webchat, with strong relationship-building skills
* Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office (including Excel), customer service, or contact centers
* Flexibility to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail, organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Ability to plan and prioritize effectively
* Team-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and deliver excellence
* Knowledge of licensed trade, brewery, or drinks dispense systems is a plus but not essential
