We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both the management and wider team with administrative and clerical tasks.
* Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Greeting visitors and providing general support.
* Organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Maintaining and updating company records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
* Managing office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
* Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Very simple job, good pay, very easy company to negotiate with.
