Because we are a fully active race team, our technicians get the exciting opportunity to prep custom project cars for race weekends and travel both across the UK and internationally to track and trail events. The Payload
* Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary per year (fully negotiable and tailored to your hands‑on skills and experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday schedule (with Saturdays covered on a fair, well‑managed team rota).
* Holiday: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (30 days total paid leave per year).

What You Will Be Doing
* Modern & Classic Care: Handling high‑quality servicing, fault‑finding, and repairs on everything from brand‑new, modern tech to iconic classic vehicles.
* Race Weekend Project Cars: Turning spanners on custom project builds, tuning performance parts, and executing modifications to get team vehicles 100% race‑ready.
* Travel & Track Support: Enjoying opportunities to travel with the crew to motorsport and off‑road events to provide active mechanical backup.
* Specialist Engineering: Executing full chassis swaps, precision engine rebuilds, suspension lifts, bespoke fabrication, and custom welding.
What We Need From You
* Experience: You are a proven, confident Car Mechanic or Vehicle Technician. While formal Level 3 qualifications are great, we value your real‑world, hands‑on mechanical competence and problem‑solving abilities above all else.
* The Passion: You have a genuine, deep‑rooted interest in working on an exciting mix of new tech, classic cars, and performance motorsport builds.
* Mindset: A versatile technician with a strong hunger to learn specialist skills like custom welding, fabrication, and track‑side engineering.
* A full UK driving licence.
